At KMONA (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Section 2: Eligibility for Returns
Items may be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

In original condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories)
Note: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. See Section 9 below.
Section 3: How to Initiate a Return

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Note: Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
Section 4: Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when we are responsible for the return.
