Returns & Refunds

Section 1: Overview

At KMONA (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Section 2: Eligibility for Returns

Items may be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased directly from KMONA via https://www.kmona.store/

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • In original condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories)

Note: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. See Section 9 below.

Section 3: How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at Kmonaproducts@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Note: Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Section 4: Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Section 5: Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when we are responsible for the return.

Section 6: Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for items of equal value if available.

  • Contact us at Kmonaproducts@gmail.com to request an exchange.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as stated in the “Eligibility for Returns” section.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us  48 hours of delivery at Kmonaproducts@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photo or description of the damage/defect

  • We will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 3-5 business days, first check your payment account.

  • Then, contact us at Kmonaproducts@gmail.com.

  • Refund processing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage
