Orders are typically processed within 1-2  business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders received after 2 PM pst will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Processing may take 2-3 business days due to customization.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

Free Shipping: Orders over $75.00 may qualify for free standard shipping.

Section 5: Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via Email.

  • You can track your order at: USPS Tracking

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may change due to external factors.

Section 6: Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. KMONA is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or extra shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Section 7: Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed:

  1. Contact us at Kmonaproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the circumstances.

Note: Certain shipping carriers may require a damage claim to be filed before a replacement can be issued.
